Export saves everything — habits, logs, streaks, priorities, interview answers, and mileage — as one JSON file you control. Import restores from that file (or an older Quest Log export) without erasing anything not included in the file.

Optional and free — MedTech Pulse works fine without this, using a local reference library. Add a public RSS feed URL here for live headlines instead. Many feeds don't allow direct browser access (CORS); if a feed fails to load, the reference library is shown instead and the card is labeled accordingly.
